Epigram Books was set up in 2011 to champion Singapore literature. Since then, it has published over 400 titles and is now the biggest trade publisher in Singapore. It publishes mainly fiction, from picture books and middle grade stories to graphic novels and general fiction. In 2005, it launched the Epigram Books Fiction Prize, a literary competition which is now open to writers from Southeast Asia as well.
